Founder and Instructor
Janine was a former ballet dancer who danced with the State Theatre Ballet Company in Pretoria.
She then completed an Internationally recognised Stott Pilates course and has since been focusing on orthopaedic exercise rehabilitation, utilising her Biokinetics degree, with a special interest in dance injuries. She has 12 years of orthopaedic rehabilitation experience and strength training.
Janine focuses on general strength and mobility of movement, with correct technique and guidance as it is important for the prevention of injuries, as well as orthopaedic injuries.
She has a wonderful understanding of movement during pregnancy and loves working with moms to be.

Janine is a mom and taught Pilates all the way through both her pregnancies.

Nassim obtained her physical education degree at the University of Tehran in Iran.
After which she focused her time on specialised conditioning fitness and TRX training courses.
She started her working career at the Rayanfitness gym as a head personal fitness trainer and ran the TRX group classes as well.
Her passion for the fitness industry shows in energy that she gives to her classes.
She believes in the concept of movement therapy and in her opinion, any kind of movement has a significant impact in everyone's life.
