Our dream of a studio that offers Pilates workouts for every level of fitness lives through our Spring Pilates concept! Too many times do Pilates lovers move on to another form of exercise when foundation work becomes too simple.
We have deconstructed traditional movement and added our unique twist to our program foundations. Pilates builds the core and we have built our workouts around just that. Want toned shoulders? Arms? Legs and bum? Our springs and innovation takes care of that too!
We haven’t forgotten our roots however and always focus on good form and sound exercise practice.
Spring Pilates Shmilates was founded in 2016 in Cape Town. We are a young studio in Cape Town but our instructors have many years experience in Pilates and exercise rehabilitation.
We also debunk the boring, traditional Pilates classes, adding flair from each instructors unique training and music to go along.
We have a variety of group Pilates and strength conditioning classes using Springs, suspension trainers and body weight. It's harder than it looks.
We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, Spring Pilates Shmilates provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.
